Non-Executive Director - Restaurants London 1-2 Days Per Month We are delighted to be working with a privately-owned, award-winning group of restaurants who are passionate about fresh, traditional ingredients. They are looking for a Non-Executive Director to join their board to assist with growing and scaling the business.The Individual:We are looking for an experienced NED who is currently involved in the casual, premium, or small branded restaurants industry at C-Suite level. You will have experience with UK growth and proven success of creating and executing growth strategies. This is a founder led business so in addition to experience, will require experience in guiding and advising founders.Requirements: Experienced NED/ C-Suite executive within UK restaurantsCurrent Knowledge and understanding of the industry including the challenges and opportunities availableProven success of growing and scaling similar businesses across the UKAbility to use industry contacts to scale and grow the businessHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsIdentify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments.Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the businessFlexible work pattern to fit the needs of the businessFoster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation.
