Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer Location: Central London (Static) Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Role Summary: Working with a team of engineers, the main focus of the Air Conditioning Engineer is to carry out service maintenance works on site. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems. Main Duties & Responsibilities Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments Use client portal and CAFM system if required Provide Further works reports where required Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required Update contract managers with relevant client or site information Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management Essential Qualifications and Experience: F Gas Cat 1 C&G Level 2 AC & Refrigeration Minimum of 5 years experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment. A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Other skills preferable, mechanical , basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability.
