Your new company is a contractor that has been awarded a prestigious project to build a set of large high rise reinforced concrete residential buildings in Brighton, Sussex.
Your new role i s to report to the Site Management team and control the staggered hand-over and practical completion of multiple residential units across the entire residential development across all the subcontract trades. You will be working closely with the stakeholders, suppliers, end users and site team.
What you'll need to succeed i s substantial experience in the UK as an Internal Manager or Finishing Foreman with a contractor that specialises in the construction of high rise reinforced concrete residential buildings. You will have a CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, hold a construction industry qualification and have a solid reliable directly employed work history (no self-employed need apply). Your application would be backed up with excellent references. You will have an expert eye for detail and confidence in solving site-based road blocks on products, program, technical queries and quality control.
