COMMERCIAL MANAGER QSLocation: London / South EastHours of work: 37.5Contract Type: 12 Month FTCThe Commercial Manager will report directly to the Head of Projects and work closely with the Project Team, including Project Managers, the Finance Business Partner, the Programme and Quality Manager, and the Head of Projects.Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include reviewing and approving deal sheets for every project and reviewing contracts prior to sending them to contractors.You will also review the LCRP (Long Term Capital Replacement Plan) for the upcoming year, manage all variations and valuations, and provide essential support to project managers.
