Receptionist

OverviewWe are seeking a welcoming, empathetic and organised Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a friendly welcome to all our visitors by offering exceptional customer service and handling various administrative tasksDuties- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Showing empathy and care to all our visitors.- Creating a welcoming and friendly initial impression.- Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry- Managing the diaries of our therapist's using our specialist clinical software.- Managing office supplies and maintaining an organised office environment- Assisting with Xero entries and basic bookkeeping tasks- Utilising Outlook for scheduling, emails, and document management- Providing administrative support to the team as needed-Light domestic duties to maintain the a tidy and welcoming environment e.g light hoovering, wiping surface, preparing tea, coffee and light snacks for visitorsExperienceThe successful candidate should ideally possess the following skills:-Empathetic and caring communication skills.- Proficiency in using computerised systems for office tasks- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail- Previous experience in an administrative or office role- Previous experience in a medical setting is advantageous- Ability to type accurately and efficientlyIf you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively, we invite you to apply for this exciting Receptionist/Assistant position.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From £12.50 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 37.5 per weekAdditional Pay:Bonus schemePerformance bonusYearly bonusBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 15/10/2024
