Outsource Payroll Manager

New Job | Outsource Payroll Manager | Competitive Salary | Manchester, Salford Office/Hybrid Morson is partnering with a Manchester-based business to recruit an Outsource Payroll Manager. This role will focus on supporting the accurate and efficient processing of payroll and benefits for external clients. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and accurate report delivery, working closely with both clients and internal teams. Your Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for external clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including tax, NI, and pensions. Coordinate payroll schedules, ensuring all client deadlines are met. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to client inquiries efficiently. Manage employee benefits administration for clients, including pensions and health insurance. Generate and analyse payroll-related reports, providing strategic insights to improve client decision-making. Support junior team members with guidance, ensuring best practices are followed. About You: Essential Skills: Proven experience managing payroll for multiple clients. Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and benefits administration. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to meet payroll deadlines. Proficiency in payroll software and Excel for data analysis and report generation. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. Desirable Skills: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or relevant certification. Experience implementing new client payroll services.
