Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading PLC business who are looking for a Shift Maintenance Manager to join their facility near Mansfield. Salary: £ 62,500 Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days/nights)The Shift Maintenance Manager will provide management and leadership to a team of 14.This role would suit a Shift Maintenance Manager who can provide coaching and mentoring to the team alongside engaging in hands-on maintenance activities.
