Job Title: Salesforce Consultant (Contract) Location: Remote with Adhoc Travel to Client Site Contract: 6-month initial contract A leading travel firm is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to optimise its Salesforce ecosystem, covering Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Marketing Cloud . The consultant will focus on streamlining operations, enhancing customer engagement, and improving data management to drive growth and efficiency. Assess the current Salesforce platform and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation. Implement enhancements, automations, and integrations to maximise platform performance. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. Ensure data integrity and compliance across all platforms. Extensive experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud with a focus on platform optimisation. Strong technical skills in configuration , automation , and data management . Proven ability to provide end-to-end Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the travel or service-related industries is a plus.
