Practice Nurse

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experience Practice Nurse to join a highly reputable GP Training Practice for 3-4 days per week. The practice is very high performing with CQC and QOF and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced with routine Practice Nurse duties, as well as experience with Chronic Disease Management.   Salary – £35,000 - £38,900 per annum DOE FTE (£17.95-£19.95 per hour) + NHS pension + 27 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Employee Assistance Program  Location – Harrogate  The surgery –   High performing training practice  Superb staff retention – some staff there for over 30 years!  Very forward-thinking  Strong, established MDT  Well performing with CQC and QOF  SystmOne computer system   Your role –   Essential experience as a Practice Nurse in Primary Care comfortable with all routine Practice Nurse responsibilities and at least one or two diplomas in Chronic Disease Management.  Support with career development.  Need to be experienced with SystmOne.  Benefit from a very supportive MDT around you.  3-4 days per week.  20 minute paid coffee breaks during the morning and afternoon sessions.  The benefits –   Salary up to around £38,900 FTE DOE (£19.95 per hour)  27 days annual leave  Bank holidays  NHS Pension  Employee Assistance Program Next Steps:  For further details on this exceptional role, please click the Apply Now button.
