Trainee/Experienced Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: Trainee/Recruitment Consultant Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £23,500- £25,000 + Uncapped Commission Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent About Us: The client is a leading recruitment agency specialising in placing top-tier educators in schools and Further education settings across the country. The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by building and maintaining strong relationships with Clients and candidates. Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing relationships with schools: Understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. * Candidate sourcing and screening: Using a variety of methods (including job boards, social media, networking and our state-of-the-art database which is regularly updated) to identify top-quality candidates. * Managing the recruitment process: From initial candidate qualification to interviews to securing placements, overseeing the placement and managing ongoing relationships. * Maintaining and expanding your client base: Through business development, cold-calling, and marketing efforts. * Ensuring compliance: With all legal and safeguarding requirements for candidates.
