Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of our super prime residential project. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong background in high-end finishes, and the ability to manage multiple teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all finishing works on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional outcomes.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of finishes.Resolve any issues that arise during the finishing phase promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.Client liaison running through the snags and the process to rectify them Qualifications:Proven experience in finishing management within high-end residential projects.
