Our reliability and excellence across customer services, engineering standards and operational efficiency means we have an unrivalled reputation and a name you can rely on.We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing their requests, and coordinating the necessary work activities with our engineering team. You will also be responsible for scheduling routine maintenance visits and ensuring that our clients' needs are met efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional mannerEffective planning and scheduling of the monthly planned preventative maintenance work loadLiaising with clients to arrange appointments for engineers’ attendancesLiaising with field engineers on jobs Maintain accurate records of client interactions, work orders, and service schedules in our internal systems.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our External Sub ContractorsProvide engineers reports to clients following engineers’ visitsRequesting purchase orders from clients as and when necessary Updating the client portals as necessaryWorking alongside Operations Manager and liaising with sales teamGeneral filing & scanningIn addition to the above, general ad-hoc duties as requiredQualifications and Experience A Minimum 5 years of Proven clerical and administrative experience in the service industry.Proficiency in using customer service software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Experience of using Sage & CASH will be an advantage.
