Senior Creative Producer - Creative Film/Production company £50,000 - £55,000 London - full time 4 days on site We are delighted to be partnering with a creative production agency working with the top media, entertainment, sports, and lifestyle brands to create the best content creation, management, distribution, and performance analysis for them. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Creative Producer, or Creative Producer looking to step up who can elevate the creative content for their clients. You will oversee all projects across film, lifestyle and theatre from brief to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Interpret client needs and guide the creative vision for content development. Provide constructive feedback to enhance creative output. Participate in create sessions and lead client presentations. Maintain clear communication with clients throughout projects. Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot challenges and propose improvements. Review final outputs for quality and adherence to guidelines. Qualifications 6 years of experience in creating AV content within a creative or advertising agency. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes. Experience managing large-scale campaigns and overseeing production processes. A background in news, television, or public relations is beneficial, as is experience in social marketing. While not a managerial position, a willingness to mentor junior team members is a plus.
