Senior Procurement Manager - FM

Partner with Sky Group leaders and stakeholders to deliver all procurement source to contract activity for Sky UK Facilities Management Services team. This role will report into Stefan Welsche, Group Head of Procurement Corporate & Business Services. What Youll Do: Lead on the contractual management and renegotiation of Skys Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) partner (~£30m annual spend) Lead the delivery of a new future state of Catering Services at Sky (£10m annual spend) Lead the source to contract process for IFM and Catering Services Support the source to contract process for other requirements for FM Services, Colleague Experience and M&E. Support Sky Spaces Construction Team Drive value through SRM with key suppliers in IFM and Catering Identify and develop areas of Sky Group / Comcast Group opportunitie s What Youll Bring: Proven Procurement experience in FM Procurement Successfully led complex source to contract processes for IFM and Catering Highly motivated professional with a proactive approach Excellent relationship building/management skills Excellent negotiating skills and commercial ac men Excellent organisational and presentational skills Excellent prioritisation and project management skills Creative thinking initiative and enthusiasm in finding new sourcing approaches to balance operational and commercial pressures Ability to put relevant structure around the decision-making process and ensure all options are understood in relation to the business requirements Ability to manage variety of projects and the associated expectations Display enthusiasm and self-motivation to overcome obstacles and demonstrate a positive approach in the face of difficulty whilst encouraging the same approach in other Team Overview: Procurement We bring the best from the global market into Sky - we buy technology, marketing, corporate, operational services and editorial production solutions.
