This is the one for you.This is a great role for an established organisation in Northampton who have a plethora of exciting workplace change projects coming up in 2025. They are seeking a bright and enthusiastic junior workplace analyst to come and learn on the job in all aspects of workplace strategy. Whilst commercial workplace experience would be a bonus the key skillset here is a technical understanding coupled with the ability to build relationships across the organisations to develop what the future of workplace will look like.You will be involved with data collection, workplace data analysis, occupancy and utilisation data sources, management of day-to-day space requests, large scale workplace project coordination, reporting and becoming a champion for creating the most efficient workplace possible.You will need solid communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work autonomously and will welcome and champion change.This is a predominantly onsite role in Northampton, but post probation can be flexible to work from home.Salary circa £35k.
