£60k-£70k OTE. Are you a Senior Lettings Negotiator with property valuation experience? My client is looking for a Lettings Valuation Manager for their busy office in Reading. This is an amazing role where you are able to develop your current skills along with great earning potential!

Responsibilities for this Lettings Valuation Manager role will include:

• Booking & carrying out lettings valuations
• Winning instructions
• Dealing with rental clients and landlords
• Managing negotiators

Skills & Experience for this Lettings Valuation Manager role:

• Minimum 2 years lettings experience
• Lettings Negotiation
• Lettings Valuing experience
• Track record of bringing on new landlords
