Senior Communications Lead

The Role As the Communications Lead you will support the Senior leadership team in executing their communication strategy for whole business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both internal and external communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining brand consistency. This role will also have team responsibility so leading / coaching a team will also be a part of your role. The ideal fit Experience in a Communications Manager/lead role Team management experience Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans Have experience working with agencies Proficiency in utilizing digital communication channels and social media platforms Be a self-starter Able to influence internally and bring people onboard with your ideas and agenda Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a focus on flawless execution and meeting deadlines Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 plus benefits package Location: Hybrid – Access to midlands HQ circa once a week.
