Are you an experienced Valuer or Branch Manager with valuing experience looking for an opportunity that enables you to work from home? Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agency is currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Aberdare area.  A great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers uncapped earnings, that's not to be missed!  Working hours:  Monday to Friday  Every other Saturday  Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:  £20,000 - £27,500 Basic £40,000 OTE (Uncapped) Company Car Work from home Career progression Valuer requirements:  Highly experienced within property sales  Be motivated and driven  Good knowledge of the local area  Great communication skills both written and verbal  Excellent customer service skills  A full and clean UK driving license  Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:  Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties  Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory  Engage and support customers throughout their journey  Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
