As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Physics Teacher to join our thriving Science Department. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and inspiring Physics lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Plan, prepare, and assess learning to ensure students of all abilities make excellent progress. Encourage a love for Physics and support students in their understanding of key scientific concepts. Contribute to the development of schemes of work and assessment materials in the Science department. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching across the department. Support the school's ethos of high expectations and a culture of respect and achievement. Candidate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Physics or a closely related subject. Strong subject knowledge and passion for Physics. Experience teaching Physics up to Key Stage 4 is essential, Key Stage 5 experience is desirable. Commitment to raising standards and achieving the best possible outcomes for all students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Willingness to contribute to the wider school community through extra-curricular activities or school initiatives.
