This is a unique opportunity to drive a dedicated team in a stunning location, providing exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care. This role is commutable from Houndslow, Wimbledon, Molesey and surrounding areas. With an annual salary of £80,000 - £85,000 including bonus potential OTE £100,000+ , this role offers a rewarding package. You'll enjoy 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, and a supportive environment that values your professional growth. They build excellent relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, and operate state of the art homes across the UK As a Home Manager, you'll: Manage the overall running of a medium sized Nursing Home Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment. Package and Benefits: The Home Manager will receive: An annual salary of £85,000, including bonus potential (OTE £100,000+) 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays. 4 weeks of paid company sick pay. Employer pension contributions of 5% of base salary. A total reward package valued at £126,030, with additional benefits detailed upon request. The ideal Home Manager will have: Proven experience in a similar role within an elderly nursing home setting Exceptional leadership skills with empathy and compassion. Evidence of past CQC inspections, that are good or outstanding Ability to inspire and nurture a team. Alignment with the values of 'Care From The Heart'.
