With an annual salary of £80,000 - £85,000 including bonus potential OTE £100,000+ , this role offers a rewarding package. They build excellent relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, and operate state of the art homes across the UK As a Home Manager, you'll: Manage the overall running of a medium sized Nursing Home Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork. Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment. Package and Benefits: The Home Manager will receive: An annual salary of £85,000, including bonus potential (OTE £100,000+) 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays. 4 weeks of paid company sick pay. The ideal Home Manager will have: Proven experience in a similar role within an elderly nursing home setting Exceptional leadership skills with empathy and compassion.
