Receptionist - Temp (potential for perm) - Creative Agency

Based on-site 5 days a week.
We are in search of a top-class Receptionist to join a vibrant creative agency in Central London. As Front of House / Receptionist, you will be the face of this innovative, creative business, ensuring visitors are given a 5* welcome and met with top class service. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and professional front-of-house experience, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet staff, clients, and visitors with a professional manner
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls and handling inquiries.
- Manage visitor security protocols (NDA signings, logging visitors)
- Coordinate meetings
- Travel bookings
- Organise weekly agency lunches and contribute to the culture calendar
- Book couriers
- Manage office and kitchen supply orders
- Oversee reception area and ensure everything is organised and compliant
- Support company events and maintain meeting rooms before and after bookings
Qualifications + Skills
- Experience in front of house, reception, hospitality within creative, high-end, or similar environments.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and approachable, with strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Proactive, with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Able to ensure things run smoothly in a fast-paced environment
- An outgoing, social personality with excellent relationship building skills!
