Our client, a well regarded practice is looking to expand their specialist Residential Conveyancing team in Residential Conveyancing team in North Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with individuals on the full range of residential conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the following matters; Buying freehold or leasehold properties Selling freehold or leasehold properties Buying from developers Re-mortgages Transfers of ownership Lease extensions Buying auction properties About you Residential Conveyancer with 3 years PQE or equivalent Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and manage a varied caseload Recent experience handling residential property cases Ability to manage a caseload from inception to completion Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative The Benefits Competitive Salary, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, target related bonus etc If you would like to hear more about this opporuntity, please contact Aimee Mann at Sellick Partnership.
