We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and kind individuals who pride themselves on supporting very young children to succeed. We need individuals who are able to think on their feet, quickly identifying how to move the learning forwards in a play based environment and reacting accordingly. The successful candidate will be able to manage behaviour using a wide range positive reinforcement strategies.
