Job Title: Sales Account Executive - Hospitality SectorLocation: LondonTravel: Quarterly travel expectedContract: 12 month contractRate: £41.65 an hour - Paid via an Umbrella.We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Sales Account Executive to help drive the growth and expansion of our supply in the hospitality industry across Europe. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring high-quality hotel inventory, managing strategic partnerships, and implementing scalable supply strategies to boost our market presence.Key Responsibilities:Build, manage, and expand relationships with hotel partners in your territory, consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets.Identify, prospect, and onboard new, high-quality supply in your assigned region.Educate clients on product updates and gather feedback to share with internal teams.Leverage data to identify growth opportunities, manage operational complexities, and optimize resource allocation.Develop and execute innovative engagement strategies, fostering partnerships that enhance market penetration.Stay updated on local market trends, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders to inform decisions.Provide comprehensive support on software integrations to ensure smooth experiences for partners and customers.Represent the company at external meetings with hotels and at industry events, solidifying our market presence.Support community programs in your region, contributing to growth and engagement.A Typical Day Might Include:Building and managing relationships with hotel partners, focusing on surpassing sales targets.Analyzing data to identify new opportunities for market growth.Engaging with clients to provide updates on product developments and gather feedback.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and partnership support.Attending industry events and meetings, representing the brand and fostering long-term relationships.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or partner support, with a proven ability to build and maintain business relationships.2+ years of experience in the tech or travel industry is a plus.A strong track record of managing a leads pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make informed decisions based on insights.Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients across phone, email, and in-person meetings.Self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).Please apply now or email [email protected] an updated CV.
