Site Manager - Leicester Site Manager - a leading privately-owned construction contractor are recruiting a Site Manager to join their growing operations team. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to work with a company with a solid repeat client base and track record of delivering Design & Build projects ranging from £5m - £35m across the Midlands. The initial challenge is working as the project lead (No. 1) to deliver a new build education and leisure development as the in Leicester (£4m). Why Apply? Responsibilities & Duties - Project Lead managing all on-site activities and daily operations - Planning and scheduling of works to be carried out - Managing sub-contractors and specialist trades - Overseeing Health & Safety on site Requirements: - Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation - CSCS CARD / SMSTS / First Aid at Work - Demonstrate strong communication skills - Valid UK Driving Licence - Strong IT skills Key Benefits: - Growing contractor with excellent order book - Projects located across the East Midlands - Genuine progression opportunities - Great training and development Salary & Package: - Salary of £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) - Company Car or Allowance - Excellent bonus scheme - Healthcare & Pension To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience delivering Design & Build projects as a Project Lead with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contactor.
