About this role

We’re looking for a high-impact Senior 360 Consultant to join our team. You'll be a market and thought leader, establishing Cititec Talent as the go-to tech recruitment partner in the commodities trading and fintech space.


What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to secure new clients within the commodities trading and fintech space.
  • Leverage your specialist knowledge to source and attract the best talent within your chosen technical vertical, whether in data, development or a specific programming language.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods to build robust talent pipelines.
  • Build a reputation as a market leader by actively engaging in thought leadership initiatives.
  • Share insightful content on industry trends and host/participate in events to further solidify Cititec Talent’s position as a leading tech recruitment partner.


What you’ll get

Requirements

  • Four years of experience in 360 technology recruitment with a proven track record of building a successful desk in the commodities or fintech space.
  • Strong business development acumen with a clear focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding billing targets.
  • Experience recruiting in major hubs such as London, New York, Boston, Houston, Switzerland, and Singapore.
  • Proven thought leader, actively engaging on platforms like LinkedIn and contributing to the industry through content creation and events.
