You will be key to ensuring the creative vision and process are realised. You will oversee the department's critical paths, manage all processes, and strategically implement initiatives in alignment with the company’s sustainability goals, supporting the team throughout the journey.We are looking for a detail-orientated individual who will own their role in a relaxed, entrepreneurial atmosphere.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a similar role and relish the challenge of owning the development of D+D clothing.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·      Take the lead in managing the Product Development, Production & Sourcing, and Technical aspects of growing our apparel business. Working directly alongside our CEO and graphic design team.·      Create and manage the development of four collections and capsules, ensuring assortment plans, budgets and calendars are created according to targets, monitored and delivered.·      Supervise the technical aspects of the product, from pattern to warehouse delivery, managing the relevant suppliers and implementing extensive quality controls and technical due diligence to ensure high-quality products.·      Oversee the industrialisation and production process, ensuring on-time delivery, compliance with policies and up-to-date sustainability and quality standards.·      Source, guide and manage the development of new suppliers in line with quality, price, sustainability and delivery targets.·      Manage the product development and production budget, including product costs and gross margin levels.·      Lead the development and implementation of new product categories.   SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT-      Be the lead contact for our key apparel suppliers. Own the relationship with them to ensure timely and efficient communication lines are set up and maintained.-      Pro-actively assess our supplier base, building strong relationships to deliver best price and quality product consistent with Duke + Dexter’s brand values.-      Conduct regular supplier visits for quality control and to maintain the relationships built over the years. CRITICAL PATH SET UP AND DELIVERY-      Work with the COO & Ops Manager to set up the critical timelines required to bring new styles and core replenishment orders to market on time in a cost-efficient manner.-      Use an internal project management software to ensure all teams are aligned on their required deadline to keep to product drop timelines. ABOUT YOU-      4+ years of proven experience in the fashion industry, preferably within the luxury sector.-      A strong leader with extensive expertise and knowledge in production and product development processes within the fashion industry.-      Exceptional at communication with strong presentation skills.-      Comfortable working autonomously with excellent attention to detail.-      Able to prioritise activities and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve the desired business outcomes.-      Analytically minded with a willingness to turn this to problem-solving in the business. -      Experienced with Inventory and Product Management systems.-      A [email protected]
