Global Logistics Director – Food & Beverage Sector Location: Zug, Switzerland, Remote UK, or Netherlands Industry: Food & Beverage Are you an experienced leader in Customer Service and End-to-End Logistics, with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry? Our client is seeking a Director of Customer Service to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in key EMEA markets. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the end-to-end customer service and logistics processes, ensuring seamless delivery and top-tier service across EMEA. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer experience while improving supply chain efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives and manager 3PL. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve customer satisfaction, delivery times, and cost efficiency. - Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the customer service team. - Oversee and ensure compliance with local and international regulations, particularly in food safety and logistics. Key Requirements: - Proven experience in a senior customer service or logistics role within the Food & Beverage or FMCG industries. - Expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and customer service optimization. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple locations. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset. - Knowledge of logistics regulations and best practices. - Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
