A Leading facilities management company is recruiting for a Mechanical Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Plumbing maintenance
- Unblocking toilets, fixing taps
- Temp testing
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt
changes
What do you need?
- Mechanical qualification
- NVQ level 2 in any Mechanical, HVAC or Engineering discipline
- Min 2 years building services maintenance experience in commercial office environments
