The Executive Officer role will involve management and leadership of the federation, strategic leadership of the inclusion strand, and supporting our school improvement work. We seek a colleague who has: . at least 5 years' leadership experience in a secondary school . led and managed successful school improvement initiatives . experience of budget management and planning . strong interpersonal and communication skills . a commitment to inclusivity, student welfare and guidance.
