The Role: As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the financial operations of the business, ensuring effective financial management, control, and reporting. You will work closely with senior management, playing a critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and operations as it continues its rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including the month-end and year-end close processes. Produce accurate financial reports and management accounts. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory financial requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks. Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to junior staff. Collaborate with auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations. Implement and improve financial controls and processes to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA) with post-qualification experience. Strong technical accounting knowledge, ideally with experience in IFRS and UK GAAP. Excellent financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting skills. Proven experience in managing teams and leading financial projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
