Fabric Engineer (Joiner by Trade) Location: Bradford and Surrounding Areas Salary: £29772 per annum About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer with a joinery background to join a well-known FM Company, covering one of the biggest food retailer stores across Bradford and the surrounding areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stores are maintained to the highest standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with FM/Maintenance experience. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out fabric and joinery maintenance tasks. Participate in a 1 in 7 call out rotation, with a £150 standby payments.Requirements: Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer ideally with a Joinery qualification. Previous experience working in a FM/Maintenance role.What is offered: Working hours: 8am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday). Call out: 1 in 7 call out rotation with £150 standby payments.
