Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design process for cladding and roofing projects from concept to completion. * Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards. * Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications. * Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and best practices. * Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of work. * Conduct site visits to assess design requirements and monitor progress. * Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure material specifications and availability. * Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to design challenges. Requirements: * Proven experience in cladding and roofing design, particularly within the industrial sector. * Strong knowledge of metal cladding systems, materials, and construction methods. * Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. * Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field are desirable.
