About the role: As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning of students across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will work closely with an experienced and passionate teacher to deliver high-quality education, ensuring that all children have the opportunity to succeed. Your role will involve planning and delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and leading small group sessions. You will be an essential part of the team, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2024. Application Requirements:• HLTA Qualification: You must hold a recognized HLTA qualification.• Experience: Previous experience working as a HLTA or in a similar role within a primary school setting.• Passion for Education: A genuine passion for working with children and helping them to succeed.• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.• Team Player: A collaborative approach, working well with others to achieve common goals. Key Responsibilities: Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons to small groups or whole classes, following the curriculum guidelines. Student Support: Provide targeted support to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their academic goals. Classroom Management: Assist in managing classroom behavior, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
