Communications Manager / Senior Manager

Impact Communications Manager - London (Hybrid - 3x a week) *We are hiring an Impact Communications Manager for a dynamic and fast-paced position focused on Responsible Business and client-facing business development. This role is essential for communicating our work in Pro Bono, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion (referred to as "Leading for Impact"). The manager will handle client inquiries, manage communications content, and oversee the Responsible Business Report. Manage content for the annual Responsible Business Report, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for third-party assessments and awards submissions. Align communications with the broader Responsible Business & Sustainability, Pro Bono, and D&I strategies. Develop and implement an integrated communications plan across multiple regions and teams. Collaborate with marketing to produce and maintain content on relevant web pages. 5+ years of experience in a communications-focused role. ~ Excellent communication and relationship management skills. ~ Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. ~ Proven experience in storytelling and data-driven insights within a corporate setting. ~ Makes sound decisions, anticipates issues, and adapts communication style to different audiences. Relationship Building : Treats people with respect and offers support where needed. Maintains focus and drive to achieve high-quality outcomes, even under pressure.
