Job Title:Production/Machine Operative
Location: Ashford
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7am - 7pm
Salary: 28,000 - 29,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. The Production/Machine Operative will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to follow safety guidelines and production schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery according to production requirements
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as they arise
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and target

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Production/Machine Operative in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
