Youll be dynamic, engaging and have a natural flair for motivating the Bar team to bring the cocktail menu to life with real theatre for our guests. The Role As Head Bartender, youll be friendly and welcoming and motivated to build great relationships with our customers and the Bar team. Youll have an exceptional understanding of bar operations, a real passion for cocktails and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits and share this with the Bar team. The Person As well as having previous experience in a similar role, youll have an absolute commitment to delivering exceptional service, a charismatic personality and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. Youll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, youll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
