English Teacher – Birmingham Full time September 2024 I am proud to be working with a mainstream Secondary School in Birmingham that are looking for a dedicated English Teacher to join with them from September on a long-term basis. A great opportunity has arisen to join the schools English Department, a team of experienced practitioners who all share a passion for their profession and the desire to support every student to reach their full potential. The successful teacher will be creating and delivering inspiring lessons in English across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be responsible for providing a captivating and safe learning environment for your students, encouraging them to achieve the best of their ability. The school are looking to hold interviews immediately. A permanent position may be offered for the right candidate. As an English teacher, you will: Hold QTS with English specialism Have excellent classroom management Be able to plan and prepare dynamic lessons Have at least 12 months experience teaching at Key Stage 4 level Have strong communications skills and be able to build good working relationships with students and colleagues Have strong organization skills Be able to work well as part of a team Contribute to the overall development of the English curriculum If you are a qualified teacher looking for a long-term position from September 2024, then please get in touch today!
