Housing Voids Manager

I am looking for a Housing Voids Manager. As the Housing Voids Manager you will be working for a London Borough. This is an interim role initially for 6 months. £450/day. · Lead the management, design, development, co-ordination, implementation, delivery, and contract administration of the Council’s void properties. · Attend site to supervise works in progress for quality and conformity to specification. · Be responsible for the establishment, management and delivery of projects within allocated budgets · Prepare and maintain up-to-date project plans and supporting documentation and ensure a robust approach to project governance aligned to Council policies and procedures. · Ensure a robust approach to issue resolution and risk identification and management.
