Academics are working with a thriving mainstream Primary School who are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team from September on a full-time, long-term contract. ** Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant ** Chelmsford, Essex ** £83-£100 per day (paid weekly) ** Full-time, Long-term contract ** November 2024 start ** Outstanding Ofsted rating ** Good transport links ** Plenty of CPD courses & training available This school is seeking an individual who is looking to develop their career in the field of education and gain hands-on experience of supporting children with SEN. You will be given training on strategies and interventions that encourage positive outcomes and development of their pupils. This role would be best suited to a Psychology graduate who is passionate about analysing behaviour and implementing techniques and coping mechanisms to support SEN pupils to reach their full potential. What do you need?
