Requirements To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will: Be able to use creativity and innovation to make learning fun and engaging for young children. Be able to develop teaching materials and assignments that are consistent with the national curriculum and teaching specifications. Have a firm grasp of the primary school curriculum. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
