Payroll Supervisor

My client has identified the need for a Payroll Supervisor to join the payroll team on a 12 month fixed term basis. To be in the office on a very flexible basis. We therefore seek an experienced and responsible individual, with enthusiasm and ability to take on new challenges and help support the payroll function. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Managing a portfolio of clients Reconciling payroll to client data Supporting team member Preparing payroll journals Reconciliations Preparing BACS files Administering Pension Auto-enrolment Producing and distributing pension scheme returns Dealing effectively with queries from clients Assisting with onboarding new clients. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must of supervised previously Client payroll experience Able to calculate tax, NI, pensions, etc. manually Good working knowledge of statutory payments Excellent communication skills MS office (intermediate Excel) Fantastic benefits INDPAY
