This is nursing as it should be.As a Sister / Clinical Lead Nurse at our Bournemouth hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. With excellent leadership skills, you hold post-registration experience in care of patients, within Endoscopy.As a Sister / Clinical Lead Nurse, you will: Support the Theatre Manager in the efficient running of the Endoscopy UnitCo-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised careWork well with consultants who are experts in their fieldApply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and deliveryChampion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safetyNuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital.
