Fabricator Welders

An opportunity has arisen for a Renowned metal work company based in Chorley. This role will be based within the Workshop

The successful candidate must have the ability to read engineering drawings, manufacture items from start to finish, be self-motivated, work well under pressure and be able to work as part of a team

The successful candidate will:

• Be skilled in MIG/TIG welding
• Be motivated and have good time keeping skills.
• Successful candidate will be manufacturing Architectural metalwork, balustrades, handrails & staircases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in MIG/TIG welding with mild steel
• Experience in fabricating steel/Mild steel parts/assemblies
• City and Guilds/SVQ qualifications are required, coded welders would be advantageous.

Pay - Negotiable depending on experience

Experience:

• Fabricating: 2 year (preferred)
• Own hand tools required

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday - 8.00 - 16.15
• Weekday overtime available
• Weekends optional
