Autocentre Manager

We are looking to recruit an Autocentre Manager on apermanentbasis this is an excellent opportunity for anexperiencedteam leader or existing Manager looking for a new challenge. Great team environment and supportivemanagement.Working Hours are asfollows:Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.00 & Saturday 08.30 to 17.00, with a day off in the week.Sunday is a trading day, 10am - 4pm so working 2 per month with an additional supplementary payment on top of annual salary.In Addition:Monthly Bonus.NEST Pension Scheme.Life Insurance Scheme.Safety boots and Uniform.Staff Discount.On going training package and career progression.Role Responsibilities:To adhere to the Companys Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.Ensure that Customers receive the best Customer Service and care to ensure that complaints are kept to a minimumTo ensure all sales targets and KPIs are achieved To maintain the cleanliness of the Centre and its equipment on an ongoing basisTo comply with reasonable instruction from Regional Managers, Head Office or the Board of DirectorsTo increase sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with proceduresRecruit and interview all employees for the CentreLiaise with Head Office and other DepartmentsSupport other Centres, when asked, when necessaryIdentify any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the CompanyTo be available for work at the times specified by the CompanyThis is a permanent position and a full CV will be required.JBRP1_UKTJ
