Job title: M&E Supervisor Location: Static site in Uxbridge Terms: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Salary/rate: Salary is paying £49,000 er annum. Requirements: * City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Electrical Installations * Building services experience * Supervisory experience About the company: I am working with a leading facilities maintenance company growing rapidly who operate in the Building Services Industry, offering great careers for progression. About the role: We are looking to take on board a strong M&E Supervisor to be based at a high end commercial site in Uxbridge. With this role comes great progression opportunities as well as unlimited over time. The team on site consists of 5 multi-skilled engineers. My client offers a great package as well that consist of 25 days AL. Responsibilities: Ensure that works are conducted in line with the SSoW & Permit to Work system, ensuring adequate procedures and processes are in place Issuing of Authority to Work and conducting Contractor reviews Provide input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM planner, SLA and KPI targets, including first hand support (where required) for contract update meetings with the client Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements, and arrange for the site team to complete tasks in line with the company competency appointment(s) Prepare Authorisations to work (as per Permit System) and Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the FM Manager/ SHEQ Manager Supervise contractors and Engineers Contact us to apply.
