Salary Package: $100,000 - $200,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in line with Forbes 5-Star or Michelin standards.
- Collaborate with owners to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence, ensuring consistent, top-tier performance.
- Execute strategic goals and maintain operational excellence while preparing for the owners to open new venues.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, ensuring a personalized and elevated guest experience.
- Manage and oversee budgets, staffing, and training to optimize efficiency and maintain profitability.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in 5-Star Forbes-rated or Michelin-starred establishments is essential.
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality, either as a seasoned GM or a strong Assistant General Manager (AGM) ready to step up.
- Must be a clean-cut, polished professional with a strong, ambitious work ethic.
- A stable work history with limited job-hopping is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (bilingual is a plus).
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
- Ability to lead a diverse team, creating a culture of service excellence and accountability.
