Title: General Manager - with Michelin experience

Location: Florida, USA

Salary Package: $100,000 - $200,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Visa and Relocation: International Candidates will be considered. H2B Visa sponsorship and transfer are available for the right candidates, with the intention to move into a permanent, long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Lead and inspire a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in line with Forbes 5-Star or Michelin standards.
  • Collaborate with owners to maintain the brand's reputation for excellence, ensuring consistent, top-tier performance.
  • Execute strategic goals and maintain operational excellence while preparing for the owners to open new venues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-profile guests, ensuring a personalized and elevated guest experience.
  • Manage and oversee budgets, staffing, and training to optimize efficiency and maintain profitability.


Key Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in 5-Star Forbes-rated or Michelin-starred establishments is essential.
  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, either as a seasoned GM or a strong Assistant General Manager (AGM) ready to step up.
  • Must be a clean-cut, polished professional with a strong, ambitious work ethic.
  • A stable work history with limited job-hopping is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (bilingual is a plus).
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
  • Ability to lead a diverse team, creating a culture of service excellence and accountability.
