Club Gascon is now recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to complete its kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will work a mixture of split and straight shifts over 5 days. We offer of 28 days paid holiday (of which 2 weeks in summer and 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year) as well as every Sundays and Mondays off.
