The most important experience required for this role is Payroll Managerial experience. *Company Details And Job Overview* Kenton Black Finance are working with a friendly, progressive financial firm seeking an experienced *Payroll Manager *to work in a *HYBRID OR OFFICE* role from their offices in *Ellesmere Port, Chester. * This Payroll Manager opportunity is suitable for an experienced Payroll Manager/Supervisor possessing with full end to end payroll processing experience, ready to join a friendly expanding firm offering a great place to work autonomously, providing mentorship, leadership and support to a small team of Payroll Administrators. You will be dealing with a variety of both small and larger payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis ensuring the workload is delegated however, also working "hands on" for your client portfolio via STAR IRIS. *Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -* *Full end to end Payroll Manager duties comprising of the following *: * Processing and managing Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly payrolls via STAR IRIS * Mentoring/training and delegating to small team of administrators providing technical support * Provide client with payroll reports and updates * Client communication * Dealing with HMRC queries & RTI * Processing SMP, SSP * Competent and knowledgeable with all aspects of pensions Auto enrolment procedures * Processing starters/leavers, P45/P46’s * Setting up of new clients * Extensive client liaison/interaction * BACS processing *Key Benefits/Rewards On Offer:* * Package: Salary to c£50K doe * HYBRID/OFFICE (HYBRID AFTER PROBATION) * FLEXIBLE WORKING * GENEROUS HOLIDAYS * PENSION * FUNDED STUDY SUPPORT *Person Specification* The Payroll Manager will need to possess full end to end payroll processing and team management experience running payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis together with team leadership/drive and desire to lead a small team. A solid knowledge of pension auto enrolment procedures to work effectively in this autonomous role. In addition, you will be overseeing and delegating workload to your team, working collaboratively to process client payrolls to deadlines.
