A mobility assistance provider is seeking a compliance consultant to review their current DSAR process and provide recommendations to make it more streamlined and automatic.You will be responsible for reviewing the current process, evaluating its regulatory compliance, creating process optimisation recommendations and providing necessary training and documentation.Responsibilities: Benchmark the productivity of the DSAR process against a cohort of similarorganisations across sectors with similar complexityReview our current DSAR process to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Propose solutions to automate or semi-automate parts of the process to reduce manual effort and streamline workflow.Ensure that our DSAR process meets the minimum regulatory standards required by the ICO.Deliver a clear plan that prioritises both operational efficiency and compliance with data protection laws.Requirements: Extensive knowledge of GDPR and ICO regulations, particularly related to DSARs.Experience in optimising data protection processes for organisations, ideally within the charitable sector, but not essentialProven track record in implementing automation tools to reduce manual data handling efforts.Familiarity with data protection impact assessments and risk management strategies.Details: Duration: 1-2 months.Start date: ASAPDay rate: £300-400 depending on experienceLocation: remote
